There is an Everest climber in each one of us. During our life, we get to know about our ‘Everest’ and the ‘climb’. This case study is about Tine Mena, the youngest Everest Climber from North East. The case takes us through the various stages of development of various traits, qualities, values, vision, goals during her lifetime which eventually led her to this feat.Not this alone, she is all poised to attempt the “Seven continent Climb”, which no Indian has done so far. It’s about the leadership & entrepreneurial traits that she inculcated during her life struggle. As part of the ndings, it emerged that the natural leadership is indeed yogic in nature or in other words spiritual. Here natural leadership is referred to as the leadership which gets naturally inculcated among people with a natural worldview.
